Nowadays a vast majority of people live in cities. Due to urban sprawls, we spend a lot of time in the ways of our homes, work, activities, and even leisure time. It becomes usual for all of us to waste time during transportation, but we can change the common procedure to live the essence of urban areas in cities. Carlos Moreno suggests the "15-minute city", where citizens can get the services they want in the best form without spending too much time.
